Technical Sales Representative (SOC Solutions)

Novasecuris, a leading Cyber Security Agency with a cutting-edge Security Operations Center (SOC), is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The Technical Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by promoting and selling our SOC solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in cybersecurity and SOC operations, combined with excellent communication and sales skills.

Position Type: Full-time


– Identify and qualify leads for SOC solutions through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
– Conduct thorough needs assessments and technical evaluations of prospective clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements and challenges.
– Educate clients on the features, capabilities, and benefits of Novasecuris’ SOC solutions, tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
– Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our SOC services.
– Collaborate closely with the sales team, SOC engineers, and other stakeholders to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
– Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity and SOC space.
– Achieve sales targets and objectives as outlined by the company’s sales management.


– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
– Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
– Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, SOC operations, and security technologies.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a sense of urgency to meet sales targets.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
– Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Previous experience working in a SOC environment or familiarity with SOC operations.
– Technical certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar.
– Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing sales pipelines and activities.
– Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.
