Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline of our customer support, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing technical assistance and guidance on our cybersecurity products and services
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with our technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (preferred, but not required)
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
